Oh dear, Ladies, I'm afraid I'm going to have to put this project on hold for a little while, because I've been a very naughty quilter. Whilst emptying my cubby-hole/closet to Narnia... boxes to pick my fabrics, I came across a bag of log cabin blocks that need stitching together and two finished quilt tops that had found their way into there... One of them is for a Quilt Of Valour!
and should have been wrapped around a recovering Hero months ago.
Along with my flying geese and mermaid appliqué I've got on the go, I've got to finish some of these before starting anything new. The QOV and a pillowcase is at the top of the pile and I'll be off to get all the batting i need first thing Monday morning.
I really do want to start this DWR and have ordered Egg Money Quilts Book to compare methods for when I finally get to pick my fabrics. Hopefully it won't be too long.
