Try this.
At the top of this page, click on "Settings"
Then click on "General Settings" it's half way down on the left.
Scroll down to "Miscellaneous Options, Message Editor Interface". Select "Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing"
Then click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the screen.
