Mine is so tight that you can't really turn it when it is not in use. Mine must have just been a malfunction. There is very little cut out of the covers on mine but i have had mine a while now and didn't keep the box at the time as i put mine in a round tall tin. I would really like to do some quilting so wondered if anyone has the information for the campany and maybe i could get replacement covers. Does anyone have the address and telephone number for them.
