This is my next top ready to be quilted. First attempt at a string quilt....done on a foundation piece. Another attempt to use up my scraps as I did with my Disappearing 9 Patch. Used a LOT of scraps, but I can't even tell that these two quilts even made a dent in them!! I think they multiply while you're not looking.
I am putting a VERY thin batting in this one, as it will be heavier anyway with the extra foundation fabric in it. Hobby Lobby has a very thin batting that I will use.
