I see someone has already suggested a table topper for the first one in blue and white. You could add blocks if there is more of the same fabrics, or alternate them with medium blue solid blocks.

The second one is easy to make. It's just 3 strips of one width, cut half square triangles out of it with the long side of the triangle against the edge of one of the 3 strips. The strips are quite short. You can make more blocks, the fabrics don't have to match, just be scraps of similar colors.

The last one, you can just add borders until you get it the size you want. Or one border, then more squares, one or two rows, then another border. Again, you don't have to have matching fabrics, only something with similar colors.
