I finally got enough nerve to enter some things in the U P State Fair-a pair of felted wool mittens, 2 crochet rag rugs, and the family tree quilt that's my avatar. I got a blue ribbon on the mittens, a red ribbon on the largest rag rug, but the one I'm the most thrilled about is the Blue ribbon on the quilt! I made the quilt for my parents 50th wedding anniversary in 2002. I got the quilt back when my parents passed away 4 years ago.
