I have used Elmer's Washable School glue on polyester, cotton. 80/20 blend, 70/30 blend and wool. It has all washed out without any problems - I wash in warm and rinse in cold with Color Catchers. I have let it air dry on accasion but I mostly iron the glue to set it so I can flip the quilt over and then let it dry somewhere in the house overnight. I might have 5 quilts completely drying around the house
I have done a quilt as large as 120x120 also.
