The only thing I've done in the last week is to sandwich my quilt together... and look at it.... and look at it and can't decide how to quilt it.

I'm precrastinating... I know!
Oh, I hate it when that happens to me! I couldn't figure out how to quilt the bed quilt I made for my grandson so I took it over to a friends (one of my quilt groups). I brought along some clear plastic sheeting, like the kind you buy off the roll at WalMart for picnic tables, and a sharpie pen. Then I put the plastic over the quilt and had the ladies draw their designs on it. It's a great way to sample various patterns before actually deciding on anything, and I can keep them to reference later. Once done, I took the patterns back home and stared at it for a couple days until I decided on which one I liked best. I ended up modifying what one of my friends had drawn and it turned out very well; at least I'm happy with it, lol. Maybe this will work for you.
