That person has put photographic evidence of some of the idiocy he's performed on the post! The leather that barely fits under the presser foot? I really loved the "HEAVY DUTY" what,.. sticker? Added to the front of it?

Factory certified by whom I wonder? I don't think any of the factories recommend doing their test sew on a tin can.

I think, just like the lending your machine out thread a few weeks ago, letting someone come in to use an industrial is asking for trouble. Yes, you can fix whatever they hand you, but should you have to? The speed those things go at, they can hurt themselves pretty badly too when they don't engage their brains before using it....
