Hi sewnsewer,I'm not Lori but she said they need sent by August 13th. I'm sure she means sept. 13th since aug.13th is long gone. Yes we all sign up for one month at a time. If you want to sign up again you wait for each month to be posted and fill out and send the questions form again.Yes you copy and paste the form to Lori in a PM.If you need help just ask us. I know Lori doesn't get on here as much as she was so I hope this helps answer your questions.Good luck and hope to see you sign up. Hugs Mary
