All Star Baseball Quilt
My son and his wife are expecting twin little boys in December so I had to come up with something that I wanted to make twice. The blue polka dot was the only "boy" fabric that I had enough of. Since my son is a career Army guy and really into sports (they already have two little girls), I decided to make a large Army Star in the center. As you know, I don't do a lot of piecing and I wanted something fairly quick. After I got the big star figured out, it was quick. The second one will go quicker. It will have a catcher in the center. The applique is fusible web. When finished it will measure 52" x 44".
