Hello there... I was wondering if there ever was a resolution to this problem. I just picked up a 500 and the handwheel turns, but it sounds like it has sand in it. My co-worker said it a grinding sound, but really it sounds like sand in the wheel.
I was hoping to see if the issue being discussed here might shed insight on what is on the road ahead of me.
