Spent an unexpected 2 nights in hospital, so I decided to treat myself before the bills roll in...Amazon sent an ad for the Singer Quantum 9960, used $294. There are a lot of good reviews on this board and others, for this particular Singer. SO, looking the choices over, of course I went for 'new in box'...Even at $329, seems like a lot of machine. I hit the clicker...Free shipping, of course, but I do have to pay the CA tx..All those who have gotten Singer lemons, please hope for the best for this one
