What quilt frame do you have? Is it one that will handle a midarm machine?
I really like the Voyager 17 midarm, but you need a Hinterberg stretch frame for it. Both are available online from
http://www.hinterberg.com but sometimes you can find a really good used deal on this setup. I got mine for $3,000 from a quilt guild member who was upgrading. Someone else found one with the stitch regulator for $2,300 on the House of Hanson site. There are two places online where used setups are advertised:
