We were supposed to go to a picnic yesterday. I didn't really want to go but was going to because my DH wanted to go. I made a raspberry cake to take. While it was in the oven my DH decided he didn't want to go I was annoyed with him. So .... I made my own fun day. I had signed up for a Craftsty class for FMQ a while ago when it was on sale. I spent pretty much all day up in my sewing room doing the class. I made it thru lesson 7 of the class. I followed along and practiced on my scrap sandwich. Then when I was doing ok with it I quilted a doll quilt I am making for charity. I have 12 doll quilts pieced that I need to quilt and bind by Sept 12th. I quilted 4 of them. I plan on doing a few more today as practice before I move on the the next lesson.
