A messy room is a sign of a genius at work! If mine is neat and clean, it means I haven't been doing anything in it but if it is messy, it shows I have been busy at work!!! I love your L-shaped table. Tables I have looked at are way to expensive or too big or too small or too wobbly. Yours give me an idea to make one.
