I cut mine like Tartan...only I say a few choice words along the way. I steam the chunks along with some chopped carrots. When they're soft I mash them with cheese (aged cheddar) and maybe add an egg or some milk or both, pop them into a casserole dish & bake them for about 1/2 hour, yummy! That's how I taught myself to " like" the turnip family.....
Now you;re getting my attention .......... cheddar, carrots, eggs and milk ..... and more cheddar!
So there is hope for turnip!
