Right now, thanks to the suggestion of a friend, we are doing an internet search on Lilburn, GA. Looks pretty good except for the SNAKES!!!
Being near good doctors and an excellent hospital is important too.
(Especially when I keel over from heart failure after finding SNAKES in the yard!!!)
I really don't want to be anywhere near the ocean. I've had enough ocean to last me a life time.
I'd love to buy a small house for a small price -- buy it outright and be done with it.
Oh! Hubby just reminded me that we pay higher taxes here because of the amenities like water, sewer and trash pick up. I think those are important. I really don't want a well or septic system. I suspect that SNAKES might hide in them!
