I have oodles of these , too. At a quilt class we were given the idea of the use of HST. When marking your diagonal line for stitching make another diaggonal 1/5" from the first line. Stitch on both lines and you now have 2 usable HSTS. The idea was to use them in a border for the same or different quilt. I like the doll quilt shown above.
