I like using quiltshops.com to search for fabrics. It is a search engine that scans over 200 online fabric shops. There are several brown/cream toiles. Type in
toile in the search box and click
Thumbnails. There will be many hits to search through for the colors you want. I tried to narrow it down by color and fewer choices were displayed.
