question for la's
I have a Nolting 30 Pro. I'm confused about something as a new quilter. I've been told by circle lord that I can't use CL from the front for the Nolting 30. I've also been told by quiltazoid that their product won't work on my machine but I've seen youtube videos where they are explaining installing QZ on the nolting machine.
I know that QZ is going out of business, but do any of you have their product on a Nolting 30?
Here is my issue: If I use circle lord or quilt ez from the back, do I then need to use rulers like quilter's rule to do custom work from the front? I guess my problem is that I'd like to use some templates from the front for custom but since I can't, do I need to get a separate product for working from the front? I'd like to see the quilt better.
I hope this makes sense...I think faster than I type. I'd like to be as economical as possible but don't know the best way to do that. I know in the future I'm going to get a computer.
