Does any one have a recipe for a hot pepper lime jelly that works? I make jelly, jam and apple butter for our church bake sale and was requested to make lime pepper jelly.
My hot apple pepper was a hit last year and I will do that again but when I tried to make the lime jelly yesterday it flopped!!!
Any one know of a good cook book or web site I should visit? Thanks!
