Absolutely fantastic! You would probably need to stop mixing it after 6 or 7 min. and it is fluffy and really white the longer you beat it. It will resemble Marshmallow Creme. Also, for Marshmallow Treats made with Rice Krispies it is delicious as one lady posted she was making those.
