I've been doing a lot of searching on embroidery machine quilting. Two websites to check out are hoopsisters.com and purpledaisiesllc.com. I just purchased Embroidery Quilting and Trapunto. Havent tried it yet but soon.
There is one more but I can't remember what it is right now (CRS)
