Won 2 Blue Ribbons at the Fair!
My friend has been bugging me to enter some quilts at the Cattle Congress Fair. I entered this red white and blue picnic quilt that I made for my son when he got back from Iraq. The pastel one on the right was a "team" quilt; I pieced it and my SIL (who is an amazing FMQ'er) finished it. Both won first place in it's category! I didn't get best in show, but that gives me something to shoot for next year.
