Definitely keep it the way it is. Your hubby loves it, so that's enough. But also, quilters in, "them good old days," used to purposely put a block in their quilts that wasn't right, upside down, etc. It was supposed to signify that the maker of the quilt was less than perfect. (As mentioned above, only God is perfect.)
