Sounds like you ladies should band together and file suit to be reimbursed for the machines. There is no excuse for 6 and 7 trips for repair of sensors and what not. If it were a car or a major appliance it would have already been recalled. The only reason Bernina isn't recalling is because the chance of someone being physically injured is almost nil and because as women we'll put up with whatever they tell us. Sue.
