I've never purchased pre-cuts but have made my own jelly rolls. I just did a quilt using 3" wide strips, 6 shades of gray with a 3" square of color between the grays. Now I'm appliqueing big flowers in a pot on the top. Will post a picture when it is done. I've seen some beautiful quilts out of jelly rolls - may break down and buy one someday!
