This is a quilt I made for my GD. I bought the two contrasting butterfly fabrics when my LQS went out of business.
Since the print on the fabric was so big, I should have used a pattern with bigger blocks. This block is called Double Z. The sashing and piping was material that I had left over from another project. I SID outlining each "Z" and along the sashing.
Not my best effort, but I got it done in time for my trip to see my daughter and her family.
