That's interesting, what kind of flavor do you get from the dehydrated tomatoes in your soup? I'm interest in the recipes as well, I've got a bunch of green ones and our weather forecast sounds like they will stay green.
They taste like tomatoes except a bit sharper, if that makes sense. Dehydrated red tomatoes are more mellow. With a rich broth, the green ones don't overwhelm the soup, they just add a fresh taste.
