I have had the Futura CE-200 for seven years, and have not had any problems with it...until now. It will stitch about 1/3 of the first letter of a design and then tangle up in the bobbin area....I did everything I could to it short of taking it to my OSMG....I DID talk to him about it and he suggested a house call by one of his associates. But...after years of pandering to it, I decided to buy another one...so this time I bought the Janome 350E. I GUESS it'll be okay if I EVER figure out how to transfer designs to the machine from my computer via the USB stick. I spent time with the OSMG last Thursday, and I must be harder to teach than I thought, 'cause I still don't have it...
