I am with you on the value of a stash. I consider my stash a quilters pantry... I would not be without. I don't go to the store every time I cook! Maybe we should stop calling it stash and rename it ingredients.
I like your thinking, Lori. I'm going to rename my storage closet to my quilter's pantry and my stash as my ingredients. LOL
