It was too hot this summer to actually quilt. I didn't want that much weight on my lap or around my head/neck/shoulders, etc. while working on them, so I waited til it turned cool to begin actually quilting much of anything. That happened this week.
These are mostly charity quilts that I finished within the last week. I'm hoping to distributing quite a few in December.

Some are donated tops and not always easy to work with, but I try to finish up anything worth finishing that is given to me.
A church gave me two double knit tops. I promised to finish them but have been putting it off because I don't even like touching it. This week turned cool, so I tackled them. Here they are. After trying to FMQ one of them, I opted for straight line quilting on the second. FMQ on double knit with flannel backing? Not easy!

The second one: While I was working on them I nicknamed them "Ugly 1" and "Ugly 2" but after completion, I suppose someone may want them.
For sure, they will be warm and durable!

I also finished up a few more that I had previously made the tops for give-away purposes:

and one for the back of my couch:

and a few more donated tops (lap quilt size) (the colors of these don't move me, --but hopefully someone will like them):
