What's your experience with Happy Crafters LAQ?
I am thinking about sending a couple of large quilts for LAQ services to Happy Crafters, but I need to hear pros and cons on the company's work. I know I could get it done locally, so I don't need to be told that. I want honest assessments of Happy Crafters' work from people who have used them.
Is the work well done? As requested? Timely? Were your emails/calls answered within a reasonable time? Were the replies satisfactory? Do you recommend them? Were there any surprises -- good or bad? Any other thoughts?
