Awesome find! It is an early Glass tensioned W&G. Very nice.
W&G were heavy in to the industrial end of things. they made hundreds if not thousands of different variations of their machine for specific industry needs.
These are usually Chainstitchers, i would LOVE to see the "looper" under the bed that allows a twin needle chainstitch.
Be careful about cleaning this one, it may have some value...
