As logical as it sounds, I would have to say no, you need to do some more figuring. The Day and Night quilt by Jinny Beyer is actually 53" square, and has a wide border. If you intend to just sew 4 bordered quilt tops together, you would indeed multiple the yardage by 4 and you would have a quilt that is 106" square, but if you intend to sew 4 of the middle sections (sans borders) together and then put on a border your yardage requirements and final size will change.
