Why do you say that? It takes skill to make a quilt. Skilled labor is paid a much higher rate than unskilled labor. Millions of people get joy and satisfaction from their jobs and hobbies. That doesn't mean they have no value and should be free.
Just because you don't value your own work definitely does not mean other people think their work is worth more than it really is. It means you don't put a high enough value on your own work.
