It only has 1 very short cord with a two prong on it. It is wired to the machine underneath and fits into the slot in wood base it sits on and I believe it would go to a double plug that would also be attached in the cavity to the right in the wood base? I think it may have a light missing if it ever had one and needs more electrical cords and plugs along with a pedal of some sort. Not sure exactly what it needs.
The sewing machine also has two big holes in. I circled them in silver/grey where they are. What are they for?

I really like the looks of this machine and have a nice cabinet I would like to put it in with either a knee press or foot pedal.
