Your machine does not have a light installed, and the cord block / foot controller is missing.
Sew-Classic is your friend here as you can get all those from them. Also a suggestion, get a real V-Belt and replace that rubber band belt when you can.

The original foot controller would have been the old resistance type. Sew-Classic has those as well as the electronic type. If you plan on doing a lot of slow sewing, the electronic ones do not get hot like the resistance ones. I have bought both from S-C and they work. I like the way the electronic controllers work, but they are light weight plastic and I can't seem to like that.
The holes you circled are access / lube holes. All clones have them. Sometimes you'll see a cap over the one on the back by the needle take up lever, but not often.
That's a nice clean machine, oil it with Tri-Flow and she'll just hum right along for you.
