Thank you, Suzanne!! I can think of all the possibilities. Your directions are very clear. In this area, we have seafood boils (crabs, shrimp, and crawfish). We usually supply lots of paper towels to keep our "fronts" clean. Sewfine has a good idea using the long pocket across the bottom. And of course, I will need two for the car. We like to go to our favorite drive-in for chili dogs -- very messy.
