Well (embarrassed snicker), if all my seams matched up, SITD would be the way to go. In other words, don't look too closely! I'm thinking about doing just some straight machine stitching, about 1/4 inch inside the zig-zag seam lines on the black and white part, and something similar, in green thread, on the green. Maybe a small wave in the yellow stripe (in yellow thread.) Just try to get some quilting in with colors that match the fabric.
