I recently tried the Crayola Washable markers and they washed out well. I experimented with each color on a sample of fabric and washed it to see what happened. The blue (on light fabrics) seemed the best. Try them out and see how they perform for you.
I had these leave a residue color behind. Go Jo or similar product seems to remove some colors,, but I don't use them on white anymore.
