You know you have to keep your eyes open, My sister inherited my Dad's collections some of which were sewing machines. She took all of the newer machines 1920's and forward to the scrap metal shop! To bad someone couldn't have benefited from her fit. Be patient and watch Thrift stores are great! I have gotten a Celery Green Featherweight from Goodwill, and my darling Lotus from Visiting Nurses both for less than $10.00 each!
