I've worked on several things this weekend, but here are a couple of finished projects. The small quilt was a test of the Turning Twenty pattern for a larger quilt I made. This is my very first experience machine-quilting, so don't look too closely!
The potholders/hot pads were made for my husband to his specs. He wanted them large (I cut 11" circles), flexible, and with a pocket thingie to slip his hand into. They were easy (I used a dinner plate as a pattern.) and fast. I may be making more of these as gifts.
I've also been working on a donation quilt as a test of a star pattern I'm using for a flannel quilt, but I don't have pictures of those yet.
