Quilt Crinkly Look after Washing
To avoid the crinkly look, I prewashed fabric and Quilters Dream select batting for a quilt which I completed today. I washed the quilt and it came out with the crinkly look. I used cold water and a gentle drying cycle. I took pictures before and after and the difference is very noticeable. The fabric was purchased at Joann's by my young granddaughter for her first project. She did all the piecing, but I quilted the top. What could have caused this?
