Bf called her dh hit a big deer, went into sheriff's office to report it, and the law was not there, but at a sales barn fire in Russell, Iowa. So he went by the Iowa State Experimental Farm in Lucas county with that story. A neighbor to the farm went looking for their missing bull and discovered a field of dead cattle...not words a farmer wants to hear. That story will break sometime in the next week.
