Have you ever thought that the people on those DIY TV shows who impart such fabulous ideas should be brought up on charges?
On the flip side it's theirs to do with as they please. It's not like there's a shortage of them in their natural state.
I had a set of irons sandblasted then painted them red to be used in another treadle powered project that never got off the ground - so to speak.
