I didn't realize this thread was "you" until I started reading it. I assumed from the title that it was an applique thread so I had avoided it, haha. :-)
Yeah, Laura, that's because I thought it was echo quilting but it wasn't. So echo quilting goes with applique...see, I didn't know that either. It's good to learn new stuff though, right?

Most of the chevron quilts I looked at online didn't have borders, and they look good. I just like borders. I didn't have enough blue fabric for a border AND binding, and then I remembered that my sister had been with me when I bought the blue fabric and she bought some too! She hadn't used it and gave me the yard she had bought. Perfect!!

Hope you get to quilting your chevron this weekend. It's always good to get "the next step" done.
