All of the above. Can't say too many times, don't let the meetings get bogged down in business decisions. I left a guild because of that issue. It seems the members who were not working met during the day to do the quilting activities and the business was left to the monthly evening meetings. There is a "serious" guild in the area that is very successful, and puts on the most wonderful shows. Don't belong 'cause there are a number of things you must commit to, to join. I have a part time job and other hobbies that take most of my time.
