I use
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 package of INSTANT coconut Cream pudding mix
1/2 cup veg. oil
4 eggs
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup poppy seeds
Mix all ingrediants & Beat the heck out of it
Bake at 350 degrees 45-55 minutes
makes 2-loaf pans
if you want lemon flavor add 1-teas. to the mixture
